Although this card is informative and very well designed , I cannot understand how this car could be utilzied in any situation other than in garrison. When one has to dig a cat hole or ustilize a portapott,y, it is very difficult to determine your urine color.

Use in conjuction with hydration posters in barracks/latrines. Again a good product - straightforward and useful. Serves as a reminder to hydrate before activity and shows where you stand at the current moment as to hydration level.
